I am a dedicated Datacenter Technician with professional hands-on Network Operations Center (NOC) experience at Silver Lining Data Center in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. My day-to-day focus centers on continuous server, hardware, and network telemetry monitoring, proactively resolving anomalies before they affect service availability.

When complex technical incidents emerge, I apply structured troubleshooting, swift root-cause analysis, and timely escalation to senior engineers while maintaining crystal-clear client communication and comprehensive incident reports.
